Qualifikationen

• Degree or HND in engineering with relevant industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of asset management in critical infrastructure.
• Experience with HVDC/converter stations or high-voltage equipment.

• Provide technical leadership and asset management expertise for HVDC valves and power electronics.
• Develop and implement long-term asset strategies to improve reliability and value.
• Create engineering specifications and maintenance strategies for converter station assets.
• Lead asset health assessments and analyze performance data for risk-based decisions.
• Support site teams to identify and resolve technical issues and asset failures.
• Contribute to incident investigations and asset-recovery activities.
• Scope, develop and deliver engineering projects across converter stations.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and emerging technologies for asset performance.
• Collaborate with suppliers and industry partners to evaluate new technologies.
• Provide engineering support during FAT, commissioning and lifecycle replacements.
