Clanmil Housing Association is seeking an Asset Management professional based at Head Office, Waring Street, Belfast. The role involves overseeing operational asset management across the area, working with colleagues and contractors to deliver a high standard of service for customers.

The successful candidate will have a relevant degree and two years’ experience in construction, facilities or maintenance, with a hybrid work pattern offering two days at home and travel to Belfast City Centre as

• Third level qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
• At least two years' recent experience in a construction, facilities or maintenance environment.
• Exceptional candidates with five years' relevant experience in place of a qualification.

Help ensure our homes remain safe, comfortable and welcoming places to live. As part of our Assets team, you'll oversee operational asset management across your area, working closely with colleagues and contractors to deliver an excellent service for customers. You'll enjoy a varied role where your expertise helps improve homes and communities, with opportunities to continue learning and developing.

A bit about you

You take pride in delivering high standards and finding practical solutions that improve homes and services. Working collaboratively comes naturally to you, and you're confident building relationships with customers, contractors and colleagues. You'll have a third level qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline together with at least two years' recent experience in a construction, facilities or maintenance environment. Alternatively, we'll consider exceptional candidates with five years' relevant experience in place of a qualification.
