Job summary

Peace Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a Highlands housing organisation for a Senior Property Services Officer - Assets & Repairs. The role covers reactive repairs, planned and cyclical maintenance, asset management and investment programmes, with hybrid working in Invergordon.

You will drive performance, manage budgets, ensure works are delivered safely and to a high standard, and provide leadership to the team while coordinating with contractors, customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in a property-related environment, including social housing, property management, facilities management, construction or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the day-to-day delivery and performance of reactive repairs
• Coordinating planned and cyclical maintenance programmes
• Using stock condition and asset performance data to help shape future investment programmes
• Monitoring budgets, expenditure, KPIs and service performance
• Managing and monitoring contractors and suppliers
• Supporting procurement and ensuring value for money
• Driving continuous improvement across repairs and property services
• Producing performance and management reports
• Providing day-to-day leadership and support to team members
• Working closely with internal teams, contractors, customers and other stakeholders
