Job summary

Clanmil Housing Association is seeking an Asset Management professional based at Head Office, Waring Street, Belfast. The role involves overseeing operational asset management across the area, working with colleagues and contractors to deliver a high standard of service for customers.

The successful candidate will have a relevant degree and two years’ experience in construction, facilities or maintenance, with a hybrid work pattern offering two days at home and travel to Belfast City Centre as

Qualifications

• Third level qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
• At least two years' recent experience in a construction, facilities or maintenance environment.
• Exceptional candidates with five years' relevant experience in place of a qualification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational asset management across the assigned area.
• Work closely with colleagues and contractors to deliver a high-quality service for customers.
• Contribute to improving homes and communities through proactive maintenance and asset care.
