Capita is recruiting an Apprenticeship Data & Compliance Administrator to ensure accurate learner records, compliant funding submissions, and smooth onboarding. The role requires meticulous data handling, data entry in MS Excel, and a proactive approach to audits and queries.

Travel weekly to HMS Sultan with one day per week working from home. The successful candidate will manage enrolments, changes, withdrawals and returns to learning, while maintaining data quality and supporting multiple

Qualifications

• Experience handling large volumes of data.
• Proficient in MS Excel and data entry.
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Must be able to obtain Security Clearance (SC).

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate learner records and apprenticeship documentation.
• Perform compliance checks to satisfy funding requirements.
• Process learner enrolments, changes, withdrawals and returns.
• Carry out data quality checks and support funding submissions.
• Support internal and external audits with clear records.
