Job summary

Atlas NextWave is seeking an experienced Data Coordinator to support the Skills & Education team in administering learner data across apprenticeship and early careers programmes.

You will maintain learner records, manage data processes, ensure funding data accuracy, and support compliance. The role involves collaboration with internal stakeholders, external providers and awarding bodies to drive continuous improvement.

• Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) or similar learner record systems.
• Experience engaging with awarding bodies, training providers, or educational stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain learner data and records across the apprenticeship lifecycle.
• Own learner data management processes to ensure accuracy, integrity and compliance.
• Administer and maintain the Learner Management System (LMS).
• Liaise with external training providers and stakeholders for data management and reporting.
• Support submission and maintenance of ILRs and funding-related data.
• Maintain up-to-date understanding of apprenticeship funding rules and requirements.
• Design, produce and maintain reports related to learner and funding data.
• Monitor data quality and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Assist with audits, inspections and reporting requirements.
• Review systems and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy; develop streamlined admin processes.
