Job summary

Capita plc invites applications for an Apprenticeship Compliance Specialist at HMS Collingwood, with weekly travel to HMS Sultan and one day per week working from home. You will maintain accurate learner records, support audits and onboarding, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet funding and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience handling large volumes of data.
• Proficient in MS Excel and data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work at pace with tight deadlines.
• Must be able to obtain Security Clearance (SC).
• Desirable: experience with Bud or similar LMS and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate learner records and apprenticeship documentation.
• Completing compliance checks to ensure funding and apprenticeship requirements are met
• Processing learner enrolments, changes, withdrawals and returns to learning
• Carrying out data quality checks and supporting accurate apprenticeship funding submissions
• Supporting internal and external audits by maintaining clear and accurate records
• Working closely with colleagues and stakeholders to resolve queries
