Job summary

iwoca is seeking a Junior Technical Integration Manager in London. You’ll be the main contact for partners’ developers, guiding API integrations from sandbox to live and shaping the integration they build.

You’ll triage live issues, coordinate with Partner Flow engineers, review partner journeys, and push features onto the roadmap. Flexible hours and a culture focused on learning accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical or scientific subject (e.g., computer science, engineering, maths, physics)
• Solid understanding of how APIs work and how integrations are built
• Clear, concise communication with technical and non-technical audiences
• Analytical approach to root-cause problems, not just symptoms
• Commercial sense to prioritise problems and partners, time management
• Comfortable using AI tools to investigate, analyse and get to answers faster

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for partners’ developers and guide API integrations end-to-end
• Triage live integration issues and coordinate fixes with Partner Flow engineers
• Review partner journeys and suggest changes to increase funded businesses
• Own the technical relationship with each partner and manage expectations
• Pitch new API features with the commercial team and justify value
• Own monitoring and logs to detect degradation and diagnose problems
• Maintain public API documentation to support partner developers
