Reed in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Airfreight Coordinator to manage export shipments from booking to departure, ensuring smooth, compliant service for our customers.

You will use CargoWise, Pathway and WebCargo to manage shipments, prepare documentation and quotations, and maintain accurate operational records while building strong customer relationships.

Hybrid role with opportunities for professional development within a growing international logistics team.

Qualifications

• Experience managing export airfreight shipments.
• Understanding of airfreight docs and export procedures.
• Strong customer service and communication.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and multi-shipments.
• Experience with CargoWise and WebCargo.
• UK export customs declarations knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate export airfreight shipments from booking to departure.
• Arrange collections, airline bookings, and export customs.
• Prepare export documents: HAWB, MAWB, pre-alerts.
• Monitor progress and manage airline cut-off times.
• Maintain CargoWise records for tracking.
• Produce airfreight quotations using WebCargo.
• Complete shipment costing and invoicing accurately.
• Build relationships with customers, carriers and partners.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and regulations.
