Job summary

You’ll embed with cross‑functional teams, shaping AI strategy and driving automation while maintaining strong client engagement and pragmatic delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering experience with languages such as Python, TypeScript, Java, or C#.
• Experience building production‑grade applications and APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience working directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a pragmatic approach to delivery. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and identify high-value technology opportunities.
• Design, build, and deploy custom applications, AI solutions, and automation tools.
• Develop proof-of-concepts and rapidly iterate solutions based on user feedback.
• Work closely with product, data, and engineering teams to scale successful initiatives into production.
• Drive adoption of AI technologies, including LLMs, agentic workflows, and automation platforms.
• Translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Act as the bridge between technical teams and business users.
• Help shape the organisation's AI and technology strategy through hands‑on delivery and experimentation.
