Job summary

Invisible Technologies Inc. in London is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, to work directly with clients and internal delivery teams to build and deploy AI-powered solutions that transform how work gets done.

You’ll own projects end-to-end: scoping ambiguous problems, prototyping AI workflows, and deploying scalable systems on top of our products—while interfacing with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

6+ years in software engineering, with data/ML/backend focus.
Proficient in Python and ML/LLM tooling (Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI, Pinecone).
Experience with Docker, FastAPI, Kubernetes and cloud platforms (GCP/AWS).
Knowledge of workflow orchestration, Kafka and schema governance.
Data governance, Delta/ETL, Unity Catalog, and data quality practices.
Strong system design sense bridging business needs to architecture.
Excellent client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with delivery leaders to scope technical solutions to operational problems.
Identify workflow optimizations and build scalable solutions.
Design and implement AI-powered workflows using LLMs, embeddings, retrievals, and automation tools.
Translate real-world constraints into engineering solutions.
Iterate quickly based on real-time feedback from operators and clients.
Build reusable tooling and infra for future deployments.
