Job summary

IFS is seeking a Full Stack Engineer focused on AI Engineering to help build AI-native enterprise software. You will embed with customers on our scheduling and optimization platform, combining .NET backend and Angular frontend to model real-world planning problems and ship solutions at scale.

The role requires hands-on AI design and a strong software engineering background, with exposure to optimization techniques and enterprise SaaS platforms.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing, building and shipping production AI applications.
• Demonstrable experience building AI-powered products or systems.
• Experience with large-scale data modelling and optimization techniques.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with customers to translate real-world scheduling and planning problems into optimization models.
• Configure, extend, and debug the core scheduling engine against live datasets.
• Build and iterate on new solutions with customer teams under tight deadlines.
• Feed field learnings back to core product and engineering teams.
