Job summary

IFS is building an AI-first planning and simulation product. We seek a Lead/Principal Engineer with current, hands-on Angular experience at senior/lead level. Backend Go, Python, Java or .NET/C# are supported, but frontend leadership is non-negotiable.

You will lead frontend development, shape architecture, and contribute across the stack for data-heavy, enterprise SaaS solutions in a fast-evolving product environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on senior/lead Angular experience is non-negotiable.
• Strong focus on enterprise SaaS frontend architecture and performance.
• Experience guiding teams through architecture decisions and reviews.
• Mentoring of junior engineers and setting coding standards.

Responsibilities

• Build frontend for a new planning and simulation product with architecture focus.
• Design AI-first UI patterns with automated status updates and proactive suggestions.
• Collaborate with backend, UX and product as requirements evolve.
• Handle large data-heavy views with a focus on performance.
• Deliver end-to-end features across UI, APIs, data and deployment.
