Job summary

IFS builds enterprise software for asset-intensive industries and leads the CTO Office. This senior architect role owns end-to-end architecture for high-priority AI projects, from design to production deployment, across complex stacks.

You will write code daily, evaluate models, design scalable retrieval and guardrails, hire and mentor engineers, and brief executives on what you built and its commercial impact.

Qualifications

• 15+ years building software with architecture ownership in production at enterprise scale.
• Deep, current applied AI capability including production agentic systems and RAG/Graph RAG.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture and delivery on CTO Office's highest-priority technical projects, end-to-end.
• Write and review code daily; production-grade delivery is expected.
• Design and ship agentic and LLM-based systems with scalable retrieval, evals, guardrails, security, and auditability.
• Hire, coach, and set the technical bar for a small team of applied AI engineers.
• Brief executives and senior customer stakeholders on what you built and its commercial meaning.
