Job summary

Deloitte’s Human Capital HR Applications team is looking for an Analyst to work on large-scale technology transformations across the HR lifecycle. You will partner with clients to reimagine HR services through AI-enabled solutions and cloud-based HR systems, delivering demonstrations, requirements analysis, and integration work on a hybrid basis.

Responsibilities

• Supporting clients in enhancing their HR technology landscape with a focus on integrating AI and GenAI solutions.
• Collaborating with senior stakeholders to understand the organisation’s requirements at a process level and how these can vary by function, location or region, identifying opportunities for AI-driven optimisation.
• Developing expertise in areas of the system such as Recruitment, Performance Management, Time & Attendance, RPA, integrations, reports or migrating data, with an emphasis on leveraging AI and HR AI technologies.
• Hosting system demonstrations and knowledge transfer sessions with clients, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of AI-powered HR solutions.
• Configuring the chosen HR application to align to the clients’ requirements and enabling delivery of strategic aims for the technology implementation, including seamless integration of AI components.
• Developing bespoke technical solutions such as management dashboards, reports, AI chatbots and integrations with other applications, using knowledge of AI, GenAI, and HR AI technologies.
• Receiving enhanced training and/or becoming a certified implementation practitioner for your HR application.
• Supporting the preparation of documents/presentations to deliver recommendations to clients, articulating the value proposition of AI-driven HR transformation.
• Proactively working within the practice to support internal programmes and initiatives that align with business priorities and personal interests; opportunity to work on new business activities.
