Job summary

Titan Wealth Group is seeking a permanent HR systems and Automation Lead to own our HR technology stack end to end, driving operational excellence and adoption. You will manage HiBob, Lever and AI-powered HR automation, improving data integrity and workflow efficiency across the organisation.

Hybrid role, with a 12-month fixed-term contract and opportunities to influence HR processes, governance and analytics while collaborating closely with HR, IT and vendors.

Qualifications

• Deep HiBob configuration expertise and module adoption
• Experience integrating HR systems with other business platforms
• Strong data analysis to drive insights and improvements
• Understanding of AI tools in HR and governance of their use
• Excellent stakeholder management across HR, IT and business users

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end HRIS (HiBob) configuration, data integrity, workflows and integrations
• Design self-service and automated workflows across the employee lifecycle
• Maintain Applicant Tracking System (Lever) configuration and integrations
• Manage data flows between HR systems to support candidate-to-employee journeys
• Drive adoption of HiBob features and new modules across the organisation
• Oversee AI tools governance and implementation for HR workflows
• Maintain system roadmaps and ensure scalable data structures
• Provide training, documentation and issue resolution support
• Build HR reporting dashboards and data packs for stakeholders
