Fortive is seeking an HR & AI Systems Architect to shape and evolve its HR technology ecosystem, reporting to the Director of HR Technology. This senior role leads architecture decisions across Oracle HCM Cloud, Boomi, ServiceNow HRSD, Eightfold, and LMS platforms, partnering with HR and IT leaders to deliver scalable, future‑ready solutions globally.

Formación

• 10–12 years of progressive experience in HR technology and enterprise systems architecture.
• Deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, including integrations across multiple modules.
• Proven experience with Boomi or similar enterprise integration platforms and building production integrations.
• Strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, event‑driven architecture, and data transformation.
• Demonstrated success delivering AI/ML and automation solutions within HR systems.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end architectural design of Fortive’s HR technology landscape (Oracle HCM Cloud, ServiceNow HRSD, Eightfold, LMS).
• Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, data flow diagrams, and modernization roadmaps.
• Establish design standards, governance, and best practices across the HR tech portfolio.
• Partner with IT’s Azure infrastructure teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and security.
• Define and drive integration strategy using Boomi as the primary middleware platform.
• Lead architecture and hands‑on implementation; oversee integrations and lifecycle reviews.
• Design scalable integration patterns (real‑time APIs, event‑driven, batch) connecting systems.
• Maintain data integrity, auditability, and GDPR/SOC 2/HIPAA compliance across flows.
• Mentor integration developers through design, code reviews, and documentation.
• Identify and deliver AI use cases across the HR lifecycle and embed AI in HR workflows.
