Job summary

People's Partnership in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead/Scrum Master to drive high-performing teams. You will coach teams, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, collaborate with Product Owners to keep backlogs aligned with goals, remove blockers and sustain delivery roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering agile projects in a commercial or not-for-profit setting.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban workflows.
• Experience coordinating iterative work through environments into production.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor Agile teams to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritise and refine product backlogs.
• Remove delivery impediments and manage risks, dependencies, and issues.
• Maintain delivery roadmaps, plans and dashboards to support outcomes.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and promote transparent communication.
