Job summary

Netcompany in the UK seeks a Senior Agile Delivery Manager to drive delivery capability across multiple projects. Based in London or Leeds, you will lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring value delivery while working within hybrid models and client requirements.

You will collaborate with Product Managers, Architects and QA to optimise flow, remove blockers and implement scalable delivery practices across complex digital initiatives.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading complex digital/technology delivery within government or public sector.
• Strong practical knowledge of agile delivery methods, with hybrid approaches and Scrum Master responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex digital services within scope, budget, timescales and quality expectations.
• Provide hands-on agile delivery leadership across multidisciplinary teams and facilitate planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Remove blockers, manage dependencies and drive continuous improvement across teams.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to translate strategy into delivery plans balancing user needs and business goals.
• Build and mentor delivery teams across delivery, product, engineering, QA, BA and UX.
• Ensure user-centred design disciplines are integrated throughout delivery.
• Guide services through the GDS lifecycle from Discovery to Live and align with standards.
• Maintain delivery controls including RAID, resource forecasting and governance reporting.
