Job summary

People's Partnership in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead/Scrum Master to drive high-performing teams. Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead/Scrum Master to drive high-performing teams, champion Agile best practices, and ensure the successful delivery of quality products and services that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach and mentor Agile teams, fostering a collaborative culture focused on continuous improvement, delivery excellence and high-quality outcomes.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives, ensuring they are effective, engaging and outcome-driven.
• Partner closely with Product Owners to prioritise and refine product backlogs, ensuring delivery remains aligned to business goals, customer needs and strategic priorities.
• Remove delivery impediments, proactively manage risks, dependencies and issues, and maintain delivery roadmaps, plans and dashboards to support successful outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with technical teams, business stakeholders and external partners, promoting transparency, effective communication and informed decision-making.
• Drive the evolution of Agile, Delivery and Release Management practices across the organisation, supporting wider Agile adoption and the development of consistent delivery standards, roadmaps and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
• Strong understanding and experience of delivery within an agreed SDLC
• Experience of coordinating and delivering iterative work packages through environments, into production and change support
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well in high-pressure situations. A clear and distinct leadership style focused on efficient problem-solving.
• Relevant experience of common management and reporting toolsets such as DevOps, confluence and JIRA.
• Experience developing, implementing, and tracking metrics that can be used to measure and improve quality and productivity.
• A certified Scrum Professional or similar qualification
