Job summary

Edenred PayTech in the UK seeks a Scrum Master II to lead two Agile teams from Swindon or London within a hybrid model. You will champion Scrum practices, coach teams and foster cross-functional collaboration to deliver value.

With experience in Agile, Kanban and continuous improvement, you will help remove impediments, align sprint goals, and mentor stakeholders to sustain Better Value Sooner Safer Happier outcomes.

Qualifications

• Champions Ways of Working (WoW) inside Scrum/Lean Agile (Kanban) teams.
• Self-learner who expands knowledge of Agile practices and methodologies.
• Pursuing or achieved level 2/advanced Agile qualification.
• Background in software engineering or related field with practical agility experience.

Responsibilities

• Establishes Sprint Goals and ensures the team focuses on achieving them.
• Coaches the Scrum Team to improve WoW and deliver value.
• Proactively identifies and removes impediments affecting the team.
• Collaborates with Product Owner/Product Manager to curate and refine the backlog.
