Job summary

Jobtailor in London seeks an experienced Scrum Master/Agile Delivery Lead to facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives, and to ensure ceremonies are purposeful and outcome‑focused.

You will maintain refined backlogs with Product Owners and Tech Leads, manage dependencies and blockers across multiple teams, coach squads in agile practices, and align delivery with governance, migration waves and programme outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead
• Coaches teams to improve agile maturity and delivery effectiveness
• Strong backlog-management skills with Product Owners and Technical Leads
• Experience managing dependencies, blockers, risks and impediments across multiple teams
• Familiarity with governance in a governed programme environment

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives
• Maintain prioritised, refined backlogs with Product Owners and Tech Leads
• Identify and remove impediments before they impact delivery
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies across identity, infrastructure, security, testing and cutover
• Use agile metrics to predictability, capacity, throughput and trends
• Coach squads in agile principles and behaviours
• Protect delivery teams and align agile delivery with governance visibility
• Integrate agile delivery with programme planning, governance and reporting
