Job summary

Generation UK is hiring an Account Associate in London with hybrid working 1-2 days in-office. You will generate employer leads, book meetings for the Strategic Accounts team, and help grow regional partnerships. The role reports to the Head of Strategic Accounts and offers 12 months contract and 40-hour weeks.

You will research employers, engage via email/LinkedIn, and support recruitment for graduates’ programmes. Occasional travel may be required to network and expand into regions.

Qualifications

• Outreach or lead generation experience.
• Confident conversation and relationship building.
• Good research skills with data.
• CRM or data-record keeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and book meetings for Strategic Accounts team.
• Scope new regions and markets.
• Plan and run employer events and represent Generation.
• Keep employer records in CRM accurate and up to date.
• Support the wider team with campaigns and materials.
