Job summary

Generation UK & Ireland is recruiting for a Strategic Accounts Manager to drive new business with employers for graduate recruitment partnerships and social value packages. The role combines hunting, pitching, and closing with ongoing partner management across England, focusing on Liverpool.

The position offers hybrid work with monthly office presence and regular travel, along with a strong bonus structure and social impact incentives.

Qualifications

A genuine commitment to our mission and ability to sell social impact.
Proven record of winning new business in a B2B context.
Experience winning B2B opportunities from scratch and closing deals.
Real prospecting experience using calls, emails, LinkedIn and events.
Experience selling complex, consultative solutions and managing multiple decision-makers.
Strong pipeline management using a CRM and forecasting your numbers.

Responsibilities

Win new business and own your pipeline end-to-end across England, with a Liverpool focus.
Run full sales cycles from first contact through proposal, negotiation and closure.
Sell social value packages and hiring partnerships tied to ESG and CSR goals.
Hit monthly and quarterly income targets and manage employer commitments.
