Job summary

Generation UK is seeking an Account Associate (Employer Partnerships) on a 12-month FTC in hybrid London. You will generate employer leads, book meetings for the Strategic Accounts team, and help expand partnerships across regions while maintaining CRM records and contributing to employer events.

You’ll report to the Head of Strategic Accounts and collaborate with Strategic Accounts Managers, with a focus on social value and inclusive hiring. Closing date 2 November 2026.

Qualifications

• Outreach or lead generation experience in a role with meetings.
• Confident conversation with stakeholders at various levels.
• Strong research skills to map sectors and regions.
• Organised with data and CRM usage (e.g. Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Generate employer leads and book meetings for the Strategic Accounts team.
• Scope new regions and markets, researching labour trends and partners.
• Plan and run employer events and represent Generation at events.
• Keep CRM data accurate and up to date.
• Support the wider team with reports, scheduling and assets.
