Job summary

Generation UK&I is seeking an Account Associate to generate leads and book meetings for our Strategic Accounts team from our London hub (Hoxton). The role is hybrid (1-2 days in office) with occasional travel, a 12-month FTC, and 40 hours per week.

You'll identify employers ready to hire our graduates, map regions for expansion and organise employer events. The work is fast-paced, varied, and offers a clear path toward becoming a Strategic Accounts Manager.

Qualifications

• Outreach or lead generation experience.
• Confident conversation and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong research skills and market mapping.
• Organised with data and CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and book meetings for the Strategic Accounts team.
• Scope new regions and markets for employer partnerships.
• Plan and run employer events and represent Generation.
• Keep employer records up to date in the CRM and support data quality.
• Support the wider team with reports, scheduling and outreach activities.
