• Identify new business opportunities, generate leads and win clients
• Build strong relationships with clients and candidates
• Source, interview and place candidates in specialist roles
• Take job briefs and understand hiring requirements
• Manage the recruitment process from initial conversation to placement
• Negotiate terms, offers and close deals
• Grow your network and pipeline for future opportunities
