Job summary

Everpool Recruitment is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to manage a full 360 desk from our Liverpool-based, hybrid office. You will win business, manage client accounts and deliver top candidates across office, commercial and digital marketing markets.

We offer a competitive base up to £50,000 with uncapped commission, 25 days plus holidays, and clear progression paths for ambitious recruiters who want ownership of their desk.

• Previous recruitment experience proven.
• Experience winning and developing new business.
• Confidence making outbound calls and approaching clients.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial mindset with drive to grow a profitable desk.

• Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage both client and candidate pipelines.

Responsibilities

• You’ll manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, balancing business development, client management and candidate delivery to build a successful and profitable desk.
• Proactively identifying and approaching prospective clients.
• Winning new business through calls, emails, networking and meetings.
• Understanding clients' hiring challenges and presenting tailored recruitment solutions.
• Negotiating fees, agreeing terms and securing new vacancies.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
• Growing existing accounts and identifying further opportunities.
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality candidates.
• Managing the full recruitment process, from the initial brief through to placement.
• Building your network across the office, commercial and digital marketing markets.
• Delivering an excellent experience to clients and candidates.
• Working towards individual revenue and business development targets.
• Contributing ideas and playing an active part in Everpool's continued growth.
