What You'll Be Doing

This is a full 360 recruitment role, combining Business Development with Candidate Recruitment.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Developing your own recruitment desk within a SPG Resourcing's specialist market.
• Identifying new business opportunities, generating leads and winning new clients.
• Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates into specialist roles.
• Taking job briefs and understanding clients' hiring requirements.
• Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement.
• Negotiating terms, managing offers and closing deals.
• Growing your network and building a strong pipeline of future opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• At least 12 months' 360 agency recruitment experience, ideally in life sciences market.
• A genuine interest in Business Development and Sales.
• Someone ambitious, motivated and commercially minded.
• Confidence in approaching new clients and building relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive attitude and the resilience to succeed in a target-driven environment.
• Someone who enjoys taking ownership and working towards their goals.
• A team player who wants to contribute to a growing business.
