You will build and grow your own 360 desk, develop strong client and candidate relationships, source and interview candidates, and deliver temporary and permanent recruitment solutions from a central Manchester office with hybrid working.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow your own 360 recruitment desk.
• Develop and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
• Source, screen and interview high-quality candidates.
• Deliver temporary and permanent recruitment solutions.
• Generate new business through sales calls, meetings and account development.
• Work towards KPIs, revenue targets and personal goals.
• Collaborate with compliance and operational teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
