Job summary

Alliance Workforce in Crossgates, Leeds is recruiting a 360 Consultant to join a three-person team. The role combines new business development with sourcing and placing decorators, sharing in a team bonus scheme rather than an individual-only reward.

You’ll win new clients, visit sites, manage applications and references, and ensure CRM records are up to date. The team-focused environment rewards collaboration and collective targets.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years recruitment experience, preferably in a fast paced temp environment/sector.
• Customer service/B2B sales experience over the phone or in person.
• Genuinely team-oriented and eager to share workload and rewards.

Responsibilities

• Business development: winning new clients and growing existing accounts.
• Visiting current and new clients to maximise sales and relationships.
• Sourcing, screening and placing decorators nationwide with the team.
• Updating CRM with relevant information and notes for clients/candidates.
• Collaborating with a three-person team to build out the desk together.
• Managing bookings and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Contributing to a shared team target.
