Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience leading HVDC projects or programmes.
• Ability to operate with autonomy in complex, evolving environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a defined HVDC Reference Solutions portfolio from planning to completion.
• Coordinate a geographically dispersed matrix team, setting priorities and tracking progress.
• Partner with Technical Leads to align technical direction with programme governance.
• Drive deployment and continuous improvement of repeatable HVDC reference solutions across tendering and project execution.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Tendering, Projects, Sourcing, NPI and other functions to align priorities and resolve challenges.
• Embed lessons learned to improve engineering reuse, delivery efficiency and lead times.
• Identify risks, dependencies and opportunities and mobilise stakeholders to maintain momentum.
