Job summary

You will partner with a Technical Lead to drive planning, governance and execution while advancing standardisation, reuse and efficiency across tendering and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience leading HVDC programmes or complex engineering delivery.
• Ability to manage a geographically dispersed matrix team.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity and change in evolving Reference Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a defined HVDC Reference Solutions portfolio.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities from planning to completion.
• Manage a geographically dispersed matrix team and set priorities.
• Partner with Technical Leads to align technical direction with governance.
• Drive repeatable HVDC reference solutions across tendering and project execution.
• Identify risks, dependencies and opportunities and maintain momentum.
