Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer, HVAC, to manage the post-order process and provide critical support to Data Centre Sales and Project Management teams. You will coordinate with factories and third-party suppliers, ensuring accurate order processing and proactive communication throughout the delivery lifecycle.

The role connects with UK&I Data Centre teams, handling standard and complex orders, coordinating manufacturing, logistics and commissioning activities, and supporting

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a technical sales or project delivery role.
• Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, building services or similar.
• Experience supporting multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle escalations.
• Organisational and prioritisation skills to manage multiple demands.
• UK driving licence; some travel for sales support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end post-order process from order receipt to delivery.
• Support Sales with customer inquiries and tender bids.
• Engage with clients, consultants and designers for detailed selections.
• Review and approve Technical Submittals with Project Management.
• Be the main post-sale contact for customers with proactive communication.
• Support Project Delivery to ensure seamless order to delivery.
