Job summary

Samsung Electronics UK is seeking a proactive Technical Support Engineer to provide first-line support for Climate Solutions products across the UK B2B and B2C network. The role requires strong communication, field experience in HVAC systems, and the ability to work collaboratively with resellers and customers.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and virtual channels, conduct site visits, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.
• Empathetic and patient approach to support.
• Willingness to travel for on-site visits when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone/email/virtual technical support to Climate Solutions UK B2B & B2C partners.
• Assist Climate Solutions UK B2B & B2C partner engineers with technical issues.
• Monitor and escalate cases with detailed information for resolution.
• Conduct technical site visits and inspections as needed.
• Deliver training and share HVAC knowledge with the team.
