Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is looking for an experienced Sales professional in the Cambridge area to drive growth in the HVAC market. The role focuses on building long-term customer relationships with contractors, consultants and end users while delivering technically tailored solutions.

The position offers a base salary of £50,000–£55,000 with £65,000–£70,000 OTE, plus commission, a company car, hybrid working, progression, manufacturer training, a tech package and generous holiday benefits.

Qualifications

• Background in the HVAC / Refrigeration industry.
• Experience in Technical Sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across the HVAC market.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts through regular client engagement.
• Build relationships with contractors, consultants, facilities managers and end users.
• Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and recommend technical solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and technical specifications.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and secure profitable new business.
