Job summary

White Recruitment Limited is seeking a Service Sales Manager to grow service sales across the Northern territory. You will combine technical HVAC knowledge with commercial drive to develop opportunities with new and existing customers, prepare proposals and convert them into long-term service relationships.

The role requires mechanical HVAC knowledge such as pumps, pressurisation equipment and booster sets or ventilation and fans, and involves remote work covering the Northern region from

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HVAC service sales and closing deals.
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment such as pumps, pressurisation equipment and booster sets or ventilation and fans.
• Experience selling engineering service and maintenance contracts to FM, estates management, building owners and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Work remotely across the Northern region from Edinburgh to Birmingham.
• Visit customer sites, perform surveys, record equipment details and prepare service/remedial proposals.
• Target FM, estates management, building owners and mechanical contractors.
• Develop opportunities with existing installed equipment base for service contracts, smaller works and new projects.
• Sell services including commissioning, maintenance, remote analytics and replacement parts.
• Manage customer accounts, renewals and quotations, and follow up on proposals.

Salary: GBP65000 - GBP85000 per annum

White Recruitment is recruiting a Service Sales Manager to grow service sales across the northern territory. Combining technical knowledge with commercial drive, you’ll develop opportunities with new and existing customers, prepare proposals and turn them into long-term service relationships.

The role requires mechanical HVAC knowledge such as pumps, pressurisation equipment and booster sets or ventilation and fans.

• Up to £65K + bonus
• In this role you could earn £85K+
• Car allowance and paid mileage

What you’ll do

• Working remotely, covering the Northern region. Edinburgh to Birmingham
• visit customer sites, carry out surveys, record equipment details and prepare proposals for service and remedial works.
• Target major companies involved Facilities Management, estates management, end users, building owners and mechanical contractors.
• Develop opportunities across an existing customer and installed-equipment base, including service contracts, smaller works and new-project service proposals.
• Sell services including commissioning, maintenance, remote analytics and replacement pumps, pressurisation equipment and booster sets.
• Manage customer accounts, contract renewals and quotations, and follow up on proposals prepared by the internal service sales team.

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience in HVAC service sales and the technical ability to develop proposals and close sales.
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment, ideally including pumps, pressurisation equipment and booster sets or commercial mechanical ventilation and fans
• Experience selling engineering service and maintenance contracts to FM, estates management,building owners and contractors.
