White Recruitment is recruiting an HVAC Service Sales Manager to grow service sales across the northern territory, combining technical knowledge with commercial drive to turn opportunities into long-term service relationships.

The role covers the UK region from Edinburgh to Birmingham, with remote work and travel to verifiable customer sites for surveys and proposals that drive service contracts and add-on projects.

Qualifications

• Proven HVAC service sales experience with ability to develop proposals.
• Technical knowledge of HVAC equipment and systems.
• Experience selling service contracts to FM/estates/building owners.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer sites and carry out surveys to capture equipment details.
• Prepare proposals for service and remedial works.
• Develop opportunities across existing base, including service contracts and small projects.
• Sell services including commissioning, maintenance, remote analytics and equipment replacements.
• Manage customer accounts, renewals and quotations following internal proposals.

HVAC Service Sales Manager

White Recruitment is recruiting a Service Sales Manager to grow service sales across the northern territory. Combining technical knowledge with commercial drive, you'll develop opportunities with new and existing customers, prepare proposals and turn them into long-term service relationships.

Salary

• Up to £65K + bonus
• In this role you could earn £85K+
• Car allowance and paid mileage

What you’ll do

Working remotely, covering the Northern region. Edinburgh to Birmingham
visit customer sites, carry out surveys, record equipment details and prepare proposals for service and remedial works.

Target major companies involved Facilities Management, estates management, end users, building owners and mechanical contractors.

Develop opportunities across an existing customer and installed-equipment base, including service contracts, smaller works and new-project service proposals.

Sell services including commissioning, maintenance, remote analytics and replacement pumps, pressurisation equipment and booster sets.

Manage customer accounts, contract renewals and quotations, and follow up on proposals prepared by the internal service sales team.

What you’ll bring

Proven experience in HVAC service sales and the technical ability to develop proposals and close sales.

Knowledge of HVAC equipment, ideally including pumps, pressurisation equipment and booster sets or commercial mechanical ventilation and fans

Experience selling engineering service and maintenance contracts to FM, estates management, building owners and contractors.
