Job summary

Carrier is seeking an experienced Regional Specification Manager for the UK, capable of developing specification opportunities across the region. You will work with consultants, engineers, contractors and developers to influence projects from early design through to delivery.

You will combine technical knowledge with commercial awareness to build long-term relationships in construction, HVAC and building services sectors, supporting regional sales teams and driving outcomes.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in Engineering, Building Services, HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, Business or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in specification, technical sales, business development, account management, HVAC, building services or related industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a regional specification strategy aligned with Carrier's sales objectives.
• Identify upcoming construction, refurbishment and engineering projects for specification by Carrier.
• Build relationships with consulting engineers, contractors, developers, architects and other stakeholders.
• Engage early with consultants and project stakeholders during design and specification stages.
• Promote Carrier products and solutions in project specifications and ensure consideration.
• Develop opportunities from concept through to order and provide technical support.
• Conduct meetings, technical presentations and CPD sessions for stakeholders.
• Attend industry events to enhance Carrier's market presence.
