Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking an HVAC Engineer for a static Liverpool site. You will perform maintenance on HVAC systems, fault finding, and support on-site engineers within a commercial building environment.

The role requires qualifications in mechanical/HVAC fields, NVQ levels, and F-Gas 2079 certification. The working pattern is 4 on 4 off, with a 7am–7pm schedule on four days, followed by four days off (10am–10pm on days). Company pension and 25 days holiday + BH are included.

Qualifications

• Qualified HVAC engineer with proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Experience with VRVs, split units, chillers and AHUs.
• Mechanical NVQ or HVAC qualifications are required.
• F-Gas 2079 certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Finding and fixing faults.
• Planning the placement of pipework, ducts, and control panels.
• Installing HVAC components.
• Performing quality checks to ensure systems are working efficiently and safely.
• Providing technical support to engineers on site.

Job description

HVAC Engineer - FM Service Provider - Liverpool - up to £44,000

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider on a static site in Liverpool. The successful candidate will be a qualified HVAC Engineer with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out M&E planned and reactive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out maintenance on HVAC systems
• Finding and fixing faults
• Planning the placement of pipework, ducts, and control panels
• Installing HVAC components
• Performing quality checks to ensure systems are working efficiently and safely
• Providing technical support to engineers on site

Working Pattern

4 on 4 off

7am - 7pm (for 4 days), 4 days off then 10am - 10pm (for 4 days)
