Job summary

Cbw Staffing Solutions is seeking a qualified HVAC Engineer for an FM service provider role in West London. The engineer will carry out M&E planned and reactive maintenance on commercial facilities and provide on-site technical support.

Key requirements include Mechanical NVQ or HVAC qualifications, Level 2 NVQ in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration, F-Gas 2079, and hands-on experience with VRVs, split units, chillers and AHUs.

Qualifications

• Mechanical NVQ or HVAC qualifications.
• Level 2 NVQ in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
• F-Gas 2079 certification.
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Experience with VRVs, Split units, Chillers and AHUs.
• Experience with wet systems, radiators, boilers and pipework diagnostics/repairs advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Finding and fixing faults.
• Planning the placement of pipework, ducts, and control panels.
• Performing quality checks to ensure systems are working efficiently and safely.
• Providing technical support to engineers on site.

HVAC Engineer - FM Service Provider - Healthcare – West London – up to £45,000

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated near Hammersmith, West London. The successful candidate will be a qualified HVAC Engineer with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out M&E planned and reactive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out maintenance on HVAC systems
• Finding and fixing faults
• Planning the placement of pipework, ducts, and control panels
• Performing quality checks to ensure systems are working efficiently and safely
• Providing technical support to engineers on site

Working Pattern

• Monday to Friday (40-hour week)
• 08:00am – 17:00pm

Package

• Up to £45,000 per annum
• 25 days holiday + BH
• Company Pension

Requirements :

• Mechanical NVQ or HVAC qualifications
• Level 2 NVQ in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
• F - Gas 2079
• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Experience with working with VRVs, Slit units, Chillers and AHUS
• Not necessary but advantages would also be having experience with wet systems, radiators, boilers and pipework diagnostic and repairs.
