Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd in Liverpool is seeking a qualified HVAC Engineer to join an FM service provider on a static site. You will carry out M&E planned and reactive maintenance on commercial buildings, ensuring reliability and safe operation.

The role offers a 4 on 4 off pattern, with 7am–7pm days on 4 days, followed by 4 days off and then 10am–10pm on a rotating basis. Up to £44,000 with overtime and a company pension are available.

Qualifications

• HVAC maintenance on commercial sites
• Ability to diagnose and fix faults in HVAC systems
• Understanding of M&E planning and reactive maintenance

Job description

HVAC Engineer - FM Service Provider - Liverpool – up to £44,000

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider on a static site in Liverpool. The successful candidate will be a qualified HVAC Engineer with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out M&E planned and reactive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out maintenance on HVAC systems


• Finding and fixing faults


• Planning the placement of pipework, ducts, and control panels


• Installing HVAC components


• Performing quality checks to ensure systems are working efficiently and safely


• Providing technical support to engineers on site

Working Pattern

4 on 4 off

7am - 7pm (for 4 days), 4 days off then 10am - 10pm (for 4 days)

Package

• Up to £44,000 per annum

• Mechanical NVQ or HVAC qualifications


• Level 2 NVQ in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration


• F - Gas 2079


• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance


• Experience with working with VRVs, Slit units, Chillers and AHUS
