CBW Staffing Solutions Limited is seeking an HVAC Engineer for a Liverpool site. The role involves carrying out maintenance on HVAC systems, fault finding, and planning pipework and duct layouts on a static site.

You will ensure systems operate safely and efficiently and provide on-site technical support. The package includes up to £44,000 per annum, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and a company pension.

Qualifications

• Qualified HVAC engineer with proven experience in commercial buildings.
• Experience in M&E maintenance and on-site problem solving.
• Ability to plan pipework, ducts and control panels.
• Demonstrated ability to perform quality checks for safety and efficiency.

Job description

HVAC Engineer - FM Service Provider - Liverpool – up to £44,000

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider on a static site in Liverpool. The successful candidate will be a qualified HVAC Engineer with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out M&E planned and reactive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out maintenance on HVAC systems
• Finding and fixing faults
• Planning the placement of pipework, ducts, and control panels
• Performing quality checks to ensure systems are working efficiently and safely
• Providing technical support to engineers on site

Working Pattern

• 4 on 4 off
• 7am - 7pm (for 4 days), 4 days off then 10am - 10pm (for 4 days)

• Up to £44,000 per annum
• 25 days holiday + BH

Requirements :

• Mechanical NVQ or HVAC qualifications
• Level 2 NVQ in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration

• A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
