SRS Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Coordinator to join a busy Wimbledon-based service operation. You will coordinate engineers, manage diaries, and balance planned work with urgent callouts to ensure efficient service delivery.

Ideal candidates will have proven HVAC service coordination experience, strong organisational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and engineers to maintain high service standards.

Competenze

• Proven experience in a Service Coordinator, Service Scheduler, Service Controller or similar within HVAC.
• Experience scheduling mobile service engineers and managing diaries/ workloads.
• Experience coordinating PPM, reactive breakdowns and service visits.
• Understand HVAC service operations in air conditioning, refrigeration, heating or ventilation.
• Confident communication with engineers, customers and internal teams to resolve scheduling challenges.
• Strong organisational skills to prioritise changing workloads and deadlines.

Mansioni

• Plan, schedule and coordinate HVAC service engineers for PPMs, repairs and related activities.
• Manage engineer diaries, workloads and appointments for productivity and service delivery.
• Create and maintain service work orders with clear instructions.
• Respond to service requests, assess priorities and arrange engineering attendance.
• Communicate schedules and changes to engineers, customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate emergency callouts and adjust schedules as needed.
• Arrange and track replacement parts to support service work.
• Review reports and documentation to support job closure and invoicing.
• Assist with repair quotations and service administration.
