Job summary

Adcock Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, Ipswich, is seeking a dynamic sales engineer to drive growth in the refrigeration and HVAC sector. Reporting to the Ipswich branch, you will visit sites, quote projects, and convert opportunities into orders while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will bring proven sales experience in the industry, strong technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills to deliver tailored solutions, manage budgets, and contribute to a high-service

Qualifications

• Proven sales background in refrigeration, air conditioning, chillers and AHUs.
• CRM experience within the industry.
• Excellent technical knowledge of a wide range of HVAC systems.
• High financial and commercial awareness with ability to manage large budgets and resources.
• Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and contractors.
• Thorough understanding of delivering outstanding customer service.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Ipswich branch by securing new clients and expanding existing relationships.
• Visit sites regularly to understand client needs and present tailored HVAC solutions.
• Provide quotes, close deals and ensure seamless post-sales support.
