Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a Pre-Construction Design Manager (HVAC / Building Services) in Tewkesbury. The role focuses on leading pre-contract design, developing detailed Revit models, and producing cost estimates to support tenders and proposals.

You will collaborate with clients, suppliers, engineers, and commercial teams to ensure technical compliance and commercial viability, with a path to project handover.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC and mechanical building services design.
• Proficiency with Revit and CAD/design software.
• Experience in pre-construction and tender support.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pre-contract design process for HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Develop detailed technical designs, specs and layouts using Revit.
• Produce design calculations, documentation and cost estimates for tenders.
• Review client requirements and deliver compliant building services solutions.
• Prepare technical drawings and bid documentation for tenders.
• Collaborate with sales, commercial teams to input on tenders.
