Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is helping a well-established Gloucestershire building services company recruit an experienced HVAC Designer (Building Services) to join their in-house design team in Cheltenham.

You will develop detailed HVAC designs from concept through to completion, produce drawings in Revit and CAD, carry out heating, cooling and ventilation load calculations and coordinate with architects, structural and other building services.

Qualifications

• Experience within HVAC / Mechanical Building Services Design.
• Experience using Revit.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed HVAC system designs and layouts for new-build and refurbishment projects.
• Produce technical drawings and design documentation using Revit and CAD.
• Carry out heating, cooling and ventilation load calculations.
• Select appropriate HVAC equipment and systems based on project requirements.
• Coordinate HVAC designs with architectural, structural and other building services drawings.
• Prepare specifications and technical documentation.
