Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is partnering with a well-established building services company to recruit an experienced HVAC Designer. You'll take ownership of HVAC designs from concept through to completion on commercial and industrial projects, working alongside engineers, project managers, architects and contractors.

The role requires strong Revit experience and proficiency with detailed design, calculations, equipment selection and technical coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience within HVAC / Mechanical Building Services Design.
• Proficient in Revit.
• Experience with load calculations and equipment selection.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed HVAC system designs and layouts for new-build and refurbishment projects.
• Produce technical drawings and design documentation using Revit and CAD.
• Carry out heating, cooling and ventilation load calculations.
• Select appropriate HVAC equipment and systems based on project requirements.
• Coordinate HVAC designs with architectural, structural and other building services drawings.
• Prepare specifications and technical documentation.

Are you an experienced HVAC Designer with strong Revit experience, looking to join a well-established building services company where you will work on technically challenging commercial and industrial projects?

Do you want the opportunity to take ownership of HVAC designs from concept through to completion, while working closely with experienced engineers, project managers, architects and contractors?

On offer is an excellent opportunity to join a growing construction and building services company specialising in delivering high-quality mechanical and environmental solutions to commercial and industrial clients. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced HVAC Designer to strengthen their in-house design team.

This role would suit an experienced HVAC Designer with experience using Revit, looking to work on a varied range of projects while taking responsibility for detailed design, calculations, equipment selection and technical coordination.

The Role
