Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Revit Designer/Draughtsperson for building services projects in Cheltenham. You will produce detailed Revit drawings and 3D models, coordinate with engineers, and drive model accuracy through the design process.

The role requires strong Revit knowledge and experience in building services, M&E or related construction environments, delivering high-quality drawings for commercial and industrial schemes.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Revit Designer, Revit Technician, CAD Technician or Draughtsperson.
• Strong working knowledge of Revit.
• Background in building services, M&E or related construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using Revit for building services projects.
• Develop and maintain accurate Revit models throughout the design process.
• Produce detailed layouts, plans, sections and construction drawings.
• Work closely with engineers to translate design concepts into detailed Revit drawings.
• Coordinate building services designs with architectural, structural and other disciplines.
• Identify and resolve design clashes and coordination issues within Revit.
