SER Limited is seeking an experienced HVAC Designer to join our Gloucestershire-based engineering team. You will design HVAC systems from concept through to construction, using Revit and AutoCAD, and ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations.

You’ll work on commercial and industrial projects, collaborate with clients and project teams, manage multiple design deadlines, and contribute to continuous improvement of design standards and processes.

Formación

• Proven experience in HVAC/Mechanical design within building services or construction.
• Expertise with Revit MEP and CAD drawings.
• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and industry standards.
• Experience delivering designs from concept to construction.

Responsabilidades

• Produce detailed HVAC designs, layouts and technical drawings using Revit and CAD.
• Develop HVAC systems for new-build and refurbishment projects.
• Undertake and/or support heating and cooling load calculations and system sizing.
• Select appropriate HVAC equipment and components.
• Coordinate mechanical designs, structural and other M&E services.
• Produce design documentation, specifications and associated technical information.
• Review designs during construction and assist with resolving technical/site issues.
• Attend project meetings and liaise with clients, contractors and project teams.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant UK Building Regulations, CIBSE guidance and industry standards.
• Assist with the development and improvement of internal design standards and processes.
• Manage multiple projects and design deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
